Had a guy talk to me about his 1650
diesel. He said every once in a while the
banjo bolts on the injector lines come
loose. I know I need to install new copper
washers around the Injection pump lines.
Could I also used some blue locktight to
help the bolts from coming loose or do I
need to send the pump off for a head?

I use the mild steel line washers, CAV 5936 332C. I've never had a bolt come loose with these washers, seat the bolt, then go 1/2 turn more and you're done. DO NOT use sealer on the bolt threads, that's asking for trouble if sealer gets into the injectors..

Dieseltech: What clamps do you prefer on the T for the fuel return lines? Also, use only 1 or on every connection? (3 connections on each T)
