1650 3 Point

The 3 point hitch won't move. It stays up all the time. Shut it down and it'll bleed down over night but as soon as you fire it up again the 3 point goes all the way up. Moving the height lever does nothing. How do I get it to work right?

Are you pushing the lever all the way down at once? Don't. Just move it ahead a little ways until the arms start to drop, then move
it the rest of the way slowly.

I don't have an operators manual but I did order a service manual. Waiting for it to come in the mail

The lowering valve needs hydraulic pressure to activate. Will not lower with the engine off. If it's dropping overnight look to the lift cylinder first then lowering
valve damage. Could be the draft control lever and link are set wrong.
