White 2-135 steering box/cylinder removal

Trying to get the box off of this and cant see no way of pulling it without removing the harmonic balancer. Is that the only way to remove it and if so I'm sure a guy will need a special puller 4 it?

Its been a few years but yes you have to pull the pulley and I
think I just used a jaw puller

Yep, I had to pull the balancer too.

Im thinking now that I made a puller to get that off and I also changed the seal while I was at it.

I see someone had mine off at some point too but broke a peice off of it. Couldn't see it cuz the tractor has never been washed but once I cleaned it found they welded it back on. I'm sure that damper is junk along with stressing my crank now....who knows how long it's been run like that. How hard do these dampers pull off
