Question about older olivers

I’m a Ford guy, we run 8 fords and I’ve only ever ran one Oliver and
It’s either a 77 or a super 77 not sure. But my question is with decals
on those tractors. That 77 I drove had decals on the side that say
770 and I assumed somebody just threw those decals on there from
an actual 770 tractor but I just watched oliver66farmboys video and
the super 88 had 880 on the side. I’m just curious as to why they
would have 0’s after their numbers?

Kinda like all the John Deere As and Bs there use to be around here with a yellow stripe down the side of the hood after the 620s and 720s came out. They looked good from the road. LOL

I don't what was worse. The letter series with the yellow stripe or a Farmall M with a white grill.

Farmall M with a white grill has to be worse. (And I dont even know what the John Deeres with the yellow stripe look like.)
