880 Engine Removal

I want to take the motor out of my 880 to repaint and fix some oil leaks on it. My question is do you take the PTO shaft and clutch assembly out to
remove the motor or in the picture do you unbolt the coupling clamp move it forward and then remove the motor without taking the PTO shaft out. I've
been told both ways just want y'all input before i start. Thanks for the help

OK thanks do you know right off hand what gaskets on seal I need to get when I pull the shaft out and re-install it?

There is a set screw on that coupling that screws into a hole on the rear shaft that has to be removed before that coupling can be slid forward too.
1st thing is remove the PTO shaft ,slide it back at least 2 feet or pull it out completely, 2nd thing is don’t loose those engine bolts, there is 2 different size bolts and they need to be installed in the appropriate holes when you reinstall the motor. If I remember correctly no seals are needed unless they are leaking oil. The steering shaft needs to be removed from the steering sector too, no big deal, 2 bolts on right side of motor so the shaft can slide back.
