2-105 Leak Out Of The Lower PTO Plate

A friend of mine has a 2-105 that is dripping trans/rear ending oil out
of the lower PTO plate. He is wanting to change the PTO from the
upper position to the lower position but wants to know how to fix the
leak first.
Any thoughts or ideas?

To fix that leak he will have to remove the PTO unit and disassemble it. The seal for the bottom shaft is installed from the inside.
