oliver 1600 lower arms

hi all, just bought a semi-mount plow for the first time. when I go to raise it, even at 1500 rpms it is really slow. the tail wheel works fine going up or down. I have an oliver 1600 ser #143314-607, just replaced the hydraulic pump a month ago. any ideas and where if any is the adjustment?

Didn't you just post about this recently or was that someone else? A reply suggested to check that the bypass valve is screwed in all the way. That's the bolt with a locknut on the side of the housing by your right heel. It's a ball and seat so don't overtighten it.

That would be my guess too. You have to loosen that bolt to get the 3pt cylinder out to get the pump out if memory serves me right. It's easy to forget to screw it back in. The other possibility would be that the elbow broke on that relief valve when putting it back together.
