I have 2 1950 Oliver?s that haven?t run in 20 years.no water has gotten in thru the exhaust. Far as I know they might be frozen(we?re not running when parked and I don?t know why yet)until I have time to mess with them can I pour diesel or whatever in thru the muffler to help free everything? Could this somehow hurt the blower? These tractors have sedimental value to me so I don?t care if it?s feasible or not to repair them

What every you pout in the muffler has a good chance of getting into the the blower. Being that this is a 2 stoke diesel the air inlet to the pistons are at the bottom of the sleeves, there are no intake valves. If your piston is currently on the bottom end of the stroke, anything that can enter the combustion chamber can enter the blower.
Regardless of pouring diesel fuel in the muffler it should not hurt the blower if it gets to the blower. There are only a dozen bolts or so that hold the blower on, if your that concerned why dont you just take it off?
