Power booster repair?

So I have a friends 770 here to put a clutch in. It has the power booster and it has not worked for years. So what happens to them that causes them not to hold? Does the sprag clutch go over center do to wear? Or does the sprag just not spring into place? Has anyone tried to replace it with a slightly bigger one. I thought that maybe the two surfaces the sprag uses could be machined to work with a new size one. Anyone got any info on the part number 101519A? That is the number Agco has for the original one. Thanks!

Do you have the Power Booster apart? One in a 770 gas was not too bad but a lot of a P B in an 880 would wear through the hardening on the idler shaft. Yes 101 519a was the original part number. Also the lugs on the clutch disk would wear> We would build them up with weld and grind them down. How old is the 770 They (Oliver) had a rebuild program on them in 1960-61.
