1550 Hydraulic Cover o-ring/seal

Re-assembling the hydraulic cover on my 1550 restoration project, got a mystery.

There is a passage from the main housing that doesn't go anywhere in the cover, but it needs to be sealed.

There's a counterbore for an o-ring, and the parts book shows two things (items 75 and 76 in the photo). I bought both items from Agco. Either one of these is too thin to seal given the depth of the counterbore. And I couldn't fit both in there together.

Hoping you guys have seen this before?

Chuck

I completely went through mine a few years ago but I don't remember those. I'll look through my parts book and post back if I can help. Is that second picture the cover or the main case?

If you had the detent system this port feeds the oil to kick the valves back to neutral Questions, send me an e-mail. J.

Mike, thanks, that 2nd pic is the main case.

The yellow one's a quad ring isn't it? I think that's what's supposed to be in there. It's been three or four years since I've had one of those apart. I've questioned some of the thin rings I've got from AGCO lately. They've worked, but didn't look as thick as the originals.
