White back hoe

Trying to get my White running again. Sent injector pump to Diesel Care in Memphis, installed and set timing to tdc, as the tag is gone from
fly wheel and only have some tiny marks to use. (double checked tdc with valve cover removed). After bleedings only fires on 2,4,5 white
smoke puffing from 1,3,6. Ran fine except had return line removed to make run before sending off injector pump.
White 2 63-15 back hoe
I have been banging my head adjusting timing, checking fuel flow, etc...

Is it actually delivering fuel to the cylinders that you said aren't firing, or none at all to them? I'm not a pump guy, and I'm not familiar with your backhoe at all, so I can't help you much there, but if you tried to contact Al Baker or Dieseltech here on the YT forums, maybe they can think of something that was done incorrectly inside. They are actual pump guys that know their stuff, and are about the nicest guys you could find to talk to. If I said I had never had a problem with a pump that was rebuilt, I'd be lying. I had to send back a $3800 John Deere certified reman pump that was assembled incorrectly and would not run until the timing was advanced about 85 degrees. John Deere actually sent a tech out to show me where I had screwed up and how to install it correctly and time it so it would run. However, it didn't for him either. I worked as a heavy equipment mechanic at a dealer that sold John Deere for 10 years. I told him he could take the pump off, I'd wasted enough time with it, and he did. The replacement pump worked just fine once I received and installed it. Good luck

Thanks for the reassurance.
I did take the exhaust manifold off and found the #1, #3 and #6 puffing white smoke, they were also spitting out their fuel so I pulled injectors and took to have testes, they were opening about 70 psi too early and not atomizing good. Tech guy there recomende new plungers for all and an overhaul for all. He offers military discount (I am retired National Guard), bringing total to $80 each. I guess I a bring all 6 back to him Monday.
It seems the wearing pump makes less pressure and the wearing plungers open with less so they kind of wear together with the pump governor retarding/advanving the timing enough to keep it running but not efficiently or with all its power.
