I didn't know Cockshutt made a 550. Then again...I don't know much to begin with!
Anyways, thought you guys might like to see these 'siblings' together.

My grandad had a 1958 Oliver 550 diesel. The pto lever was beside the dash just like the 550 Cockshutt. Why did some have it beside the seat. I have always wanted to find this out. Thanks.

The lever to the side of the seat was standard & the forward lever was an option---The front lever wouldn't work on one with a loader

And then there is the other Cockshutt 550 that is completely different than those two, with 38 inch rear tires, but also comes in red or yellow paint jobs.
