Coop #2 or #3?

One of my late fathers odd and unusuals. I'm not sure where to look for info on this, most guys don't believe its not a cockshutt. Tractordata says there should be a serial number on lower left dash but that piece is missing. Anywhere else to look?

Possibly the left frame rail distributor side, just back from the radiator.

It is NOT COCKSHUTT BUILT.
