Don't know about that one but back in the 80's and 90's a whole lot of just made cast toy tractors that were made to look like old cast toys were showing up at auctions in PA.
Sort of like the AC flat stack weights a lot of those were sold for originals before collectors got to know about them.

A lot of times those reproduction cast iron toys will have philips head screws in them.

I saw one just like that a week ago today at a flea market in Ohio. An old guy had passed away and his widow was selling all of his toys. She wanted $200 for that one.
