1855 hydraulics get hot

1855 blows hydraulic fittings by pump. New hydraulic pump has maybe 20 hrs on. It seems to chatter and them blow hydraulic fittings often, Any Ideas what could be wrong?

did you change all the hydraulic filters one in can and other by pump and clean the hydraulic cooler tvman

Did you change the filter? Does this tractor have an external cooler pump? If so is it a high or low mounted pump? Do you have a 3000 PSI pressure gauge? Need a serial number too.

What pressure is it set at? You have a 3000psi gauge?

I did not change the filter, will do so. It has a cooler pump mounted on left side of engine, Yes I have 3000 psi gauge Serial # 232456-685

Did you pull the valve block off below the pump and go through it replacing all o-rings. Check the unloader valve and make sure a piece of metal isn't holding it open. Make sure the compensator pressure setting is lower the the emergency relief setting.
