Are you supposed to be able to disengage and engage the PTO while the engine is running I am not having any luck engaging the PTO with the engine and I looked at the manual there?s a disengagement lever you pull up on but it doesn?t really seem to stop the PTO from turning so that I can turn the PTO on off lever to the on position
