Dad finally got this Oliver 2050 bought. It has sat outside in the same spot for the last 35 years, dads been trying to buy it for most of that time but the guy always said he was going to restore it. He finally called dad the other day and told him to come get it. Took 2 tractors to pull it out of the hole it had sunk into. It s had a turbo put on it at some point, but other than that it s pretty straight.

Dieseltech, looks like a model 100 pump. John, I think it s the original block from 68, just upgraded with spin on filters. Previous owner says they parked it because it was starting to burn oil. My guess, given the turbo, the EGT gauge, the new pump, etc, they probably had her turned up a good bit and she got tired. Don t believe the pto was ever used. Just hooked onto stuff too heavy to pull and ran all damn day and night.

Gary, Not sure originally where it came from, but it s been in Cleveland, MO most of my life. Corbin, or you, would have done most if not all of any work that it had done on it in the 70 s-80 s while this guy owned it. Dad can t account for the first 5 or so years of its life so Hermitage is definitely possible. The 4,600 hours on the meter are probably accurate since we know it has moved an inch in the last 3 decades.

Excellent! I know how great it feels to get a tractor that you've been after for so long.

I wonder if it was an entire 2150 motor swap? Order the build card!

I see the fuel filters are the later style. Maybe pump too.

Not sure yet, it was starting to get late by the time mom and dad got it unloaded. Dad was trying to read me the pump numbers but I didn t have anything to write with, so we will get that figured out tomorrow. Pump has the appearance in the pics to be newer, but who knows, I know it s at least 35 years old, so newer is relative. I was newer back then too!

Good find! Has it got the later M100 injection pump, or the original morphadite PSJ pump?
