Oliver wrench?

Is this an Oliver wrench by any chance? It was in the tool box of that 66 I bought. I haven't buffed the rust off,but I can't see any obvious markings jumping out at me.

Looks a lot like a welding bottle wrench to me.

It may be, the square holes are oriented differently than the John Deere version I am familiar with.

Could be maybe,but the one I have is straight and the slots are for a hex,just the small holes are square.
