Oliver/White had two (2) types of rear axle hubs, single flange and a double flange for duals, 1950T, 1955, 105 & 110 are pretty much the same, as are some others. They also made a 5.5" dual wheel spacer. Was this spacer made to sandwich the wheel disc between it and the single flange hub, thus allowing the use of a 9 bolt dual wheel? Or was it made to add space between the double flange dual hub and the 9 bolt dual wheel?
Does anyone know what the offset was on the factory 16" x 38" 9 bolt wheel? The Operators manual has nothing on this, whether it be an 1855, 1955, 2-105 or the 2-110. On the 1955, equipped with the dual flange hub for duals, there is only 2.5" of adjustment of the hub on the axle, which is minimal, and it does not look like I could get a 9 bolt bolted up to it, no matter how you mount the inner, as the outside of tire is extended beyond the outer flange.
