Phil you never did send a bill!! Also what about a 35 Diesel?? Also what other tractors if any had the same rear end assembly as the 20?

Some of the Averys like the BF had that same basic rear,no other Cockshutt used it.

That 20 rear end is a Clark built rear end. Also found as mentioned on the B. F. Avery, Cletrac HG OC 3 & OC 4 Oliver crawlers. However there are differences in them such as some have a 3 speed transmission while others have a 4 speed unit. The PTO & Belt pulley gear boxes are not all the same either. A 35 diesel for an engine swap a Hercules DD 198 or Later Hercules would be an easy swap.

There were no factory built COCKSHUTT 35 diesel tractors.

CLARK built the E2/20 4 speed trans/rear end. Other that used this were: Avery, MM BF, General, Oliver OC-3, OC-4, OL 44/440............some were 3speed trans.
