1655 weight

I know no tires, but no front weights either? If it's a diesel I think a safe estimate is around 7500 lbs, a little less if gas.

We estimated about 9k when we towed mine home (cast weights on spin-outs, no liquid ballast and factory roll bar), and estimated too light (based on seat of the pants/right foot acceleration scale).

When I got my 1655 build card from Floyd County Museum they included two order and options outlines. One sheet shows the base tractor with pressed steel wheels and 16.9-38 tires at a weight of 6509 lbs. The other sheet show the base tractor with cast iron wheels and 16.9-34 tires at a weight of 6841 lbs. I assume that's an empty tractor with no fluids. That's a starting point to work from.

Thanks I'm going to probably buy a non running 1655 tomorrow wheels and tires are off,I'm hoping it'll weigh no more than what my 1550 diesel does with fluid in the tires and a set of
of wheel weights as I haul that pretty easily.I have a 10,000 lb trailer and am pulling it with a Ford F550 so if its a little heavy for the trailer the truck can still handle it.

Went down made a deal on the 1655 and hauled it back with no problem.I especially wanted the 55 series grill to put on my 1650 NF I'm working on and I needed a fuel tank.It has the 3 speed, gas with motor problems still lots of good parts.
