Oliver 500 on CL

Oliver 500 on the Roanoke VA CL with about the best sheet metal I have seen on one in years.Even has the original lights in good condition.

Nice one for sure.

Only the second one nice original grille I've seen. I have borrowed a nice original and am getting ready to make a batch of reproduction ones based on it.

This tractor is about 100 miles from Roanoke VA in WVA. The guy tried to sell it to me about a month ago. It is less than 10 miles from my shop. If anyone is really interested, I will make him an offer and will store it until you can pick it up.

It's about time somebody knocked some of those out. Like Nelson said,most of those were last seen going under a brush hog or something.

Yeah, I'm working with Nelson on that project. He got a near perfect grille from someone he knew and left it with me. I've measured it up and modeled it in 3D CAD. Broke it down into pieces and and sent it off to a sheet metal place to do the punch and form. They are supposed to be done this week. Then a bunch of welding and post weld forming. Nice winter project.
