Hi guys, how much loader work do you guys still do with these old tractors? Does this series lift round bales ok? Anyone using the old tractors with modern loaders on them? Would like to see some pictures

Most I have seen use an independent hydraulic circuit as the Oliver setup is not the speediest nor has a lot of reserve fluid capacity for single acting cylinders.

I just got done moving some 8x14 shop doors with my super 88. Had I known I would have took pics. Mine works great but the steering is much to be desired.

I have farmhand F11 loaders on a pair of 77s, One 77 I have had since 1978, loaded feed and big square bales for 50-100 cows thru the 90s, a bit hard to turn but worked well, still use it to load a few things and dump manure into a composter as it has a narrow bucket. the other 77 I put power steering on and use it quite a bit for odd lifting and have a set of forklift teeth that I leave mounted on it, works good for cleaning up brush as well. both have 23 gallon per minute pto pumps for the loader hydraulics. I do use my 1655 with loader much more but still value the 77s.
