1800 Low Oil Pressure

Have low oil pressure on my 1800 gas. Getting 30 psi cold and under 20 psi warm at 1000 rpm no load.

I have replaced pressure relief valves and springs in oil pump and in block.Plastic gauged rod and main journals both with in specs. Installed new rod and main bearings. Frond worn governor bushing and replaced it.

My next move is to rebuild oil pump. Any other ideas ? Thanks. Don
 
Been told about cam bearings. Was hoping I would find something without tearing into engine. After getting price on parts to rebuild oil pump, I have to decide if tractor is worth tearing apart to rebuild. Thanks.
