Just pulled the engine and clutch to see why the clutch disk would stop the tractor but would stick and make it hard to put in gear after starting. Not just the first startup but also after running all day. Some oil on it, but the disk didn't have any grooves across the rivets or hollow rivets. Any body make a better disk? Pulled fuel tank to make more room but still a tight removal. thanks chris
 
I wonder if the hang up is the pilot bushing? They have a brass bushing instead of a bearing.
 
OK,must be quite a late one. I've heard some had a bearing but never saw one that new. That bearing's not dragging then?
