Torque spec's

I am over hauling a Oliver 550 diesel with the Waukesha D155 engine. I would like the torque spec's for the head bolts and rod bearings as well as the valve clearance. TIA

The first thing to do is check the valve recession. None were in spec when they were new. You want 0 to 0.015 recession on the intake valves and then set the stem height of the exhaust valves to match. I don't know how old your 550 is but some had intake seat when new. None had exhaust seats. Questions?
