Oliver 1550 Gas Vacuum Advance or Distributor Needed

I have a 1969 White-Oliver Tractor/Backhoe Model 1550 Gas.

It has a Holley Distributor, Model #2563-1, original part # 158 859-AS.

I need a vacuum advance for it. Would also like an advance spring kit if available, but could make due with the originals. Have not been able to find either. If I have to, I'd purchase a new distributor if I can find one, as long as it includes the vacuum advance.

Does anyone have any suggestions on where I might find any of these parts?

I don't know if Ford has them or not, but that vacuum advance only works at idele speeds. We blocked some of those off 35 years ago. They will work fine without it.
 
Have you tried going to Holley itself, or an automotive supplier like Summit Racing, Padock or J.C. Whitney? I'm not sure how these names are spelled.
 

Yes. Thanks. Holley said no longer available. Others did not have any information. I did find a new Mallory distributor from AP Parts that will work. They were very helpful. Said the vacuum advances were available up until last year.

Bottom line: they aren't available so it's either do without it or replace the distributor. I'll do what J. Schwiebert said and block it off.

Like John said, it only advances the timing at idle or very low power requirement.  Lack of the advance will not reduce the power.  They are for better fuel efficiency when power is not needed.
