I have been looking for a good set of 3-16s and been finding mostly junk. I stumbled onto these a couple weeks ago for what I thought was a reasonable price. The wear parts are all near new. The coulters are good. They just needed a new tire, some paint and decals.
I believe them to be Olivers painted to be Whites. The local dealer did this with every set of Oliver plows that came through his shop. My question, what model would they be if refinished as Oliver, and what as White? Is all the wear iron interchangeable with the White 588 and the like?
Sources for decals? If I paint them as White, is the red Cockshutt red?
