I pulled my Cockshutt 20 out of the shed where it has been sitting for the past 7 or 8 years without moving. Had to pump up the 2 front tires, but other than that it rolled fine.
Luckily the gas tank was dry and the sediment bowl had a small amount of sludge in it. Made a new gasket and got the fuel system buttoned up.<p>Put in new points and condenser and cleaned up the rotor. The cap looked fine so I left it alone. Took all the plugs out and cleaned them up on the wire wheel.
The problem is I am not getting any spark. I put on a new coil and the same thing. Pulled the cover off the steering pedestal and all the wires look good, the lights work.
Any ideas on what might be the cause of the problem? Thanks for any insight...
