Purple 1850

Have any ever been found? (this is just a question out of curiosity)
I know they were returned to green after the publicity stunt was over, but has anyone found one with purple paint under the green? Also, I'm having trouble finding information on the whole shindig. I understand the idea was that Oliver had a plow for any color tractor, but I cant find anything other than that.

There was a story over a year ago in Oliver Heritage- not sure what issue, I'll try to look it up but if I remember right they would start plowing with a 4020 at the demontration and let it get out a ways when they would have the 1850 behind a tent or something, and they would race the 4020 and beat it to the end of the field. Maybe Sherry from the magazine can help
