Cockshutt 502 Swather- Year?

I acquired a Cockshutt 502 swather back in the summer, but have yet to figure out what year it was made. The swather was made by Kilberry in Manitoba for Cockshutt/Oliver/MM. It has a 10 foot cut and a V4 Wisconsin engine. Anyone know offhand what years these swathers were made? I can get numbers off the data plates tomorrow in the light, if needed.

I'd like to know as I'm going to try and sell it some time in the near future. Was going to give it some TLC and paint and keep it, but have too many other projects on the go.

Thanks!

I was hoping someone with better information would answer your question, but I guess not.

When you asked your questions back in June, you said the serial number was 19018. I do not have a serial number list spicifically for Oliver or Cockshutt windrowers. However, I have a partial list for the Minneapolis Moline windrowers built at the same time. The Moline numbers are:

17285 - 17495 built in 1966
21281 - 23700 built in 1967

I would guess that serial number (19018) would have been used in late 1966 or early 1967.

Maybe someone can give you a better answer.

Thanks for the help, it certainly gives me a starting point! How'd you know I posted back in June? You must have searched old threads or something?
