Seeing the post from Bobl1958 below got me to thinking (scares SWMBO when I do that) as I know mine is 9N110*** and I, for some unknown reason, kept calling her a 43. At least the engine is.
Using the serial number guide I got from this site when I bought Sadie is where I got this info.

I did find another date code on the rear end casing b(?)-25-B, this being the only other date code I have found in 3 yrs other than on the head and that's from a (50) 8N.

I have found no date code yet on oil pan nor trumpets. When I pulled the pump from tranny only thing on it was a part number.
Any suggestions on where else I might find some date codes? I looked in all the places others have found (and shown) dates.

On a side note I learned the hard way what happens when the front axle pivot pin lock bolt doesn't have enough threads to stay put :CRY:
Get to order another new radiator plus a fan this week.
All ready put new longer bolt (with a lock nut) on.
