They are for DC, SC case tractors. I have been planning on possibly using mine, when I scrap my 1951 DC, on my Ford 600, since the angle looks about the same angle as 8N's and 100 series rims and the opening for the lug nuts and OD width to outer rim. I could measure all the above, if you wish ? Hate to lose my puller (DC) and it hates to die. Still 99%. Beat most green and red last year for a 2nd place. One MTA was first.

Measured it before reading post. Here is my best guess measuring on the rim. They weigh 150 lbs apiece. The outer OD dimension is 26 inches- the same as the drop center measurement on a 28" rim. might have to just grind a little on the OD of weight to fit. The angle of the weight is about 28 degrees (maybe 30 degrees). My 600 ford is at other farm, so maybe somebody else could give that angle, but by eyesight, I think the 8N's and up are about that angle/ The center clearance is 10 inches. the inner bolt attachment to the rim is 12" on center. The outer bolt centers are 20", which were used for stacking. Drilling a hole thru the rim looks okay except for the problem of the angle and the need for an angle spacer between bolt face and angle rim. My plan would have been to drill holes at an angle, in the rim, with a 1/2 horse portable drill and then use a rattail file to elongate the inner side, so the bolts, could match the vertical weight mounting face.
