She's coming along! The only fear I have is the electrical..... Just wanted to give everyone an update. And thanks again for all the help from everyone since September.

Very nice! Thanks for sharing the pictures.
The electrical is not hard.
Lots of help here on the forum if you need it.
JMOR's wiring diagrams will show you where everything goes.
If you Google them they're easy to find or we can post them.
Keep us posted on the progress! :)

Thanks a bunch for the photos, always makes my day when folks post back. I would have taken the dents out of the fenders and I hope you did on the hood. That said I will give an "A" on a fantastic 1st job you really have done a marvelous job. Keep us posted.

Nice work..

A tip for future painting:

I cut short lengths of an old garden hose to cover the studs/plugs that I do not want painted..

I also want to say that it looks very good and even better when it's finished and in use. I think the electrical part of any project scares people but as they said is not hard and you will sail right through it.

Looking good. Electrical isn't very complicated on these machines. Get a new wiring harness, if you have any questions someone will help you out.

i like hte hose idea for the studs!

I keep a set of old plugs for painting.. that way i can go back in with new.

deffinately like the hose idea for studs!

Looks good!
Another vote for a new wiring harness. Cheap insurance & lowers the stress level.
Many good diagrams available too.
