Had forgotten about that--yrs ago my Mother heard about a concoction called Jogging in a jug-it had vinegar, apple cider, maybe orange juice, cranberry juice, and such in it..I remember holding my nose and downing an ounce a few times.....now I know to try vinegar and honey again seems that cinnamon will not mix if u try to pre-mix it..it is yuckier than the vinegar.

Good info-had seen some of the same info but I believe that is the best I"ve seen. If it will do half what they claim, it is great and everybody ought to take it..

I think everyone has known forever that honey is good for u but I had never heard about cinnamon...I really expect nothing in particular from it. Just saw some hype about it lately and am curious if anyone has taken it and seen miraculous results..

I have used it for heartburn, and a sour stomach, and it worked pretty good. They say it"s good for all kinds of things for a person, but I doubt it will fix a tractor. LOL

won't fix a rod knock or leaking valves but may help piston rings sometimes..... careful where you put it.

Good point-and probably good for radiator leak-mix some with grated nutmeg. BTW nutmeg does work as temporary small leak stopper.

A piece of ginger root in the rear end will make an old horse prance like a yearling colt.
