Yep, That's a good deal for someone. 32" rims can go for that price alone!

If it's not to far away any chance you could take a look for me? I'm in upstate NY near Albany
and it's quite a trip for me if they end up all rusted out. I'll reimberse for gas. I'd really like to
put 32s on my smoth hub '40 9N. I've got 6 28" originals in various condition.
