In my search for a small utility tractor to supplement my 8N, I find that most of these small tractors (Kubota, JD, NH) have a smallish looking hitch that the specs say is "Class I". Since I'm used to the beefy hitch on the 8N, they look kinda chincy. Will my normal N equipment (blade and drag scoop) hook up to these ok?

JD..... ...the N-Tractor set the specifications for 3-point hitches. Upon the expiration of Fergusons pattents, the American Society of Agriculture Engineers (ASAE) became the caretakers of 3-point hitches. Catagory 0, 1, 2, 3 are currently specified.

All catagory-1 hitches should be interchangeable because if they arn't, then they don't meet CAT-1 specs. Briefly, the top-pin is 3/4" and the bottom pins are 7/8".

Oh yeah, on the left/hand sidebar, under Research & Info is a listing called 3-Point Specs. You might want to do some research..... ...respectfully, Dell

Thanks, you know I never noticed that article on the sidebar. Very helpful.
