Right now mainly grading. I've been grading my back yard. Kinda hilly. Moved dirt to make pad for above-ground pool.

Last spring disc'd and raked side fields to get rid of foxtails. Mostly worked. Now have great crop of starthistle.

Will do some trenching w/it in winter when ground gets soft again.

What I have used my 8N for:

Brush Hogging.
Raking horse paddocks.
moving dirt, gravel and stone around with the loader.
Pulling a half buried log out of the ground.
Re-learning everything I used to know about fixing internal combustion engines 20 years ago but forgot.

Let's see:
- mow a LOT (brush hog and finishing mower)
- tillage (cultivator x2, tandem discing)
- leveled crushed rock on lane
- sprayed a lot this year
- pulled out about 100 snow-fence posts
- pulled old shed down
- dragged firewood out of the bush
Soon it'll be snowing here and the rear blade will see a different material to move. I'm also trying to refinish an old snow blower I have so I can add that to the list.

Forgot the loading of other equipment with boom pole. That was scary. Had a landscape box over the trailer. Moved the lever ever so carefully to let it down and caboom--dropped like a rock freefalling. Anybody got an idea on this one? If I did something wrong, I would like not to repeat that one.

Jerry, if you have a 9N or 2 N you need a zane thang, they have a up and down, no in between's, I bought a 9N never had one before, went to tsc and bought a boom and 6 ft finnish mower and a back bucket, put the boom on tried to lift the finnish mower just enough to clear the trailer but no, all the way up, tried to ease it down (had the front of the tractor bobing up and down)
and it came down hard, I had 8 N's before and thought the lift was the same, then I read on this board about the zane thing, got one, now I can use my box scrapper with out it digging in to far and lift the mower a few inchs instead of 3 feet.

I bought my '46 2N a couple of years ago. I used it for plowing snow, spreading rock on my driveway, grading my driveway, grading for landscaping my yard, hauling firewood from the woods to my woodsplitter in my wagon, dragging logs, cutting a ditch with the 2-bottom plow. That's all I can think of off hand. I know there is more.

Where do I start?
I bought my '52 8N to help me clear the 5 acres I ended up building on, so... I've;
brush-hogged
hauled trees (by 3pt boom pole)
hauled firewood (in my 12' utility trailer)
hauled fenceposts
'anchor point' for stretching fence
leveling gravel in the driveway
and I 'regularly' (she's kinda down for an overhaul right now) use her for cleaning the horse manure out of the barn.

Primary job for the 9N is using a 5ft bush hog.
Have pulled a 6ft box blade behind it, had so much dirt in the box the tires were spinning.
Do have a finishing mower but haven't tried it yet.

why not...

Trenched irrigation water away from the house using a plow pulled up tight.

Just brushhogged for the first time (yikes, what an experience).

Plowing the garlic field, discing and harrowing.

Cleaning out the hay barn, and then releveling the rock bed.

Snow plowing the driveway.

And, of course, running down to pick up the mail every day. grin.
