I wonder if any of these bidders realize they could buy this thing new for about 1/2 the current bid?

If you want to sell yours, I'm a buyer. I don't think they make 'em any more. I promise not to double my money on ebay.

Feeding Frenzy!!!

Maybe I'll put mine on ebay and then buy two new ones. I get about 6 brochures a month from Danbury Mint ever since I bought my model. If they keep on, they will have spent all of their profit on postage and advertising.

Are you going to bite on the new Ford 2000?? I believe I have one coming for birthday or Christmas. I have the 8N and really like it, I also have Franklin Jube and a few really old guys, my 1/12 960 being the best of the old guys. I really need an 800 but I suspect I'll never see one.

When I got the brochure for the 2000, I was really excited, because we used to have a 2000 here on the farm. My wife asked what I had read, she gave me "the look." I dumped the brochure in the trash can.

I guess the designer thought it made up for being to small to whap us up side the head. And I don't think that small thing worked exactly as intended sometimes either.
