Rest-O-Ride Rebuild

I just finished these two Rest-O-Ride seats. The one on the left was done with parts I had acquired over the
years from dis-assembled ROR seats. The one on the right has new bushings and a new adjusting bolt. I have done
several of these seats over the years and the hardest part for me is dis-assembling them.

Beautiful job! I like the frame painted gray.
I have the bushings and torsion springs ready to start on mine but Im dragging my feet. There was mention of a walkthrough on this site but I have yet to find it.
Any suggestions for a first timer, other than exercising patience?

Nice work Del!
If you remember my struggle with them, the seat bushings
were long gone and the seat mounting arms (H-bars) were
bent and parts of the seats were welded together.
Satisfaction once finished!
