Yes, people will stop and comment all the time about how their family had one just like whatever make you are showing.

I once had a fella tell me his dad had an old Fordson just like mine, only it was green and yellow and he started it by turning the ''big wheel'' on the side.

I haven't had anyone say something like that about a tractor, but years ago I restored a '55 Oldsmobile, and would get lots of those kind of comments. Not Grandpa so much but Dad more often.
