I KNOW they are not supposed to exist, but here's another 9n with the seller claiming it has them...

I've NEVER seen one, but I keep hearing about them!

No, FORD never made an aluminum front wheel, or rear wheel for that matter, on N-Series or Hundred Series Tractors. Another myth and a new one on me. But, I'm not sure if that is what the seller is saying. Did you ask him? Tell him to grab a magnet and place it on the wheels; bet it sticks...

NOPE, no aluminum hubs or wheel center discs either. Why? There is picture in the Randy Leffingwell book of a 9N and a photographer shooting a tractor all polished up for demo/catalog purposes and it shows chromed front hub cap ---never a production item. Front wheels never used any hub caps of any kind. Rear wheel center discs were stamped steel. The 9N used 32 early on and soon after 28. 2N used just 28 and the 8N used just 28. The 9N/2N center discs did not interchange. The Hat Rims could interchange, but not the centers.
