Fuel tolls eats and hotel was over $900. Still think it was worth it for an early '39 with an aluminum hood

That stinks, I would rather have a generator. Alternators just don't look good. Chances are you have the proper one hidden away.

Were the factory exhaust configurations all underneath? Curios if they had to be changed per customer.
