Time to Move the Boomer 8N On...

Since retiring and downsizing to 1 acre, I haven't been posting much here since I haven't been using the '50 8N and Boomer 8N that much. I've about finished my post-frame shop building, and really have no further need for the Boomer 8N, so it's up for sale in [u:02ed9d7ae5]YT Classifieds[/u:02ed9d7ae5] as well as on a few other sites with more pics and a [u:02ed9d7ae5]video walkaround[/u:02ed9d7ae5].

I'll keep the '50, as it's perfect for pulling the Amish-style wagon I built earlier this year:

Kind of sad to move it on, but it's time...

Ed;
You say......."Kind of sad to move it on, but it's time..."
The pic of the 'Boomer at Sundown" says it all to me.
Been thinkin' about you here lately. just don't get on here like I used to.
Wishing a wonderful life for you and yours!!

I hear you Ed.
I'm not selling my tractors - yet - but I'm
not buying any more and I'm getting rid of
most of my parts.
Am also sorting through my tools and
equipment and getting rid of duplicates and
things I don't need.

For my line of work I would keep the bomer for the pallet forks : )))) I sold my first 8N 5 are 6 years ago he stopped by this week offering to sale it back to me I offered $1500 he did not bite. I have a 52N I built to use its has not ran in 3 years I don't need another. I have been planning to get it going and give to my SIL. The last time I went to start it I had left the fuel cap off the fuel and the tank were in bad condition it will need a tank. I have tanks just not the free time.

I think the Bomer will sale at your price. I would not take less than what I paid for my 2014 Bota. I don't care for all the electronic gismos on the Boomer but its a Cadillac and Cadillac's are gismoed up.

And the same to you, GB! Think about y'all from time-to-time, and the great visit we had (nearly ten years ago - where does the time go?!).

Same here! There's just a lot of stuff that's accumulated over the years that we simply don't need any more. Having dealt with the loss of three parents in 2018 (Mom died in 2010), I don't want my boys to have to deal with piles of "Dad's junk" when the inevitable comes.

It's a nice tractor Ed, glad to see you're still thinking and adapting!
Life changes, situations change, we adjust as needed!

When I purchased my MF202 Workbull, I got lucky. It came with the fork lift setup as you see in the picture. Someone adapted the fork assembly from a regular forklift to fit on the loader by the same three pins that hold the bucket on the loader.

I also got the bucket for the loader as well.

Luckier would have been SSQA like the Boomer.

Sure it would but I didn't pay over 20 grand for that Workbull. As a matter of fact drop a zero from that, I only paid $2000 for it.
