So Im installing the new crank pulley for the loader and I am
assuming that you do not use a bolt to hold it on due to the
other piece you bolt to the pulley and that there wont be any
room? Looking for help I dont want to install it wrong

Yes, use the center bolt. That's the only thing holding the crank pulley on. Then the splined hub bolts to the pulley with 4 bolts. Usually 1/4-28x1. But check the threads in the pulley, as I understand they're coming through metric. The head of the crank pulley bolt fits into the area you're showing on the splined hub. You need to replace the original hand crank pawl bolt with a regular bolt.

Use a 5/8--18 x 1" hex head cap screw without washer for the pulley.

The hub then fits over the head of that cap screw and attaches to the pulley with 4 small hex head cap screws. You need to check the threads in the pulley for those screws carefully. Originally they were 1/4- 20 but then changed to 1/4-28. The last couple aftermarket pulleys I bought had metric threads - M6 x 1.

Also check bolt head interference drive hub to crank pulley. The drive hub looks like it has a considerable counter sink for the bolt. Years ago they did not have enoufh so OEM used a slotted pan head screw. I had to shave off at least 1/8" of a standard hex head bolt are it was because I used a washer between the bolt and crank pulley when using it on a loader pump set up.

That was on the threaded shaft set up yours is splined it may work out with no modifications. TOH knows it well I would have no problem with his recommendation.
