Some thoughts:
I had one of those 10-80 disc plows.
Thought it would be great for plowing my rocky, rooty deer plots.
Bought the manual too and set it up as per the book.
It was worthless IMO. It did not cut deep enough and did not turn the soil over well.
I sold it after plowing a couple of plots and went back to a moldboard plow. Have zero interest in ever owning another one and if a friend wanted to buy one I would tell him not to.

Those are not dual wheel adapters. As the ad states they are for putting 8 on 8" wheels on an 8 on 6" tractor. (8N through 3600)
The very early 3000s could be ordered with power adjust rims and used those adapters. I bought one that had them and parted it out. Rims and tires were junk so I sold the adapters. Someone here on YT bought them but I don't remember who.
That tractor was from Kansas and had zero rust. It had the early (1965-68) style tin which I prefer. It was the most perfect nose and upper and lower grills I have ever seen.
I painted them and am still running them on my own 3000.

I would Love to have one of those roll over plows. I bought some parts from a guy and he had one. Could have bought the plow for $7-$800 IIRC. Hesitated too long and missed out.
Just so you know, you do need a tractor with remote hydraulics to operate one.

Ditto. The Dearborn Disc Plows, 10-80/10-247 used special scrapers. These were a bad idea and farmers soon discarded them. They would clog up the rotating discs with rocks, roots, and vegetation thus causing the discs to lock up and not rotate. I had a 10-247 Plow a long time ago and a young man from Georgia wanted scrapers for his so asked me if he to could borrow mine so he could make his own. I complied, he made a pair, tried them, then took them off and put on a shelf in barn. He was very disappointed but I did warn him they were junk and not needed anyway. I too found a standard 2-Bottom Plow did just fine. Love your Thousands...

The "dual wheel adapters" would more appropriately be called "different wheel adapters."
