Dearborn 10-1 field cultivator

I don't see too many of these cultivators with the double coil springs on each shank. On my Ford 600-800 literature it has a pic on the back of the Dearborn implements and calls it a field cultivator. Anyone use one of these or see one sell?

MANY years ago Dad had one for his 2N... he always called it a field TILLER... it had the double coil springs...

Use mine all the time for roughing up food plots also garden work. They were a All-Purpose Cultivator or called field cultivator. I have had both the fenguson and dearborn models. Mine is NFS but can ask a
friend who has one if he's interested in selling the one he has. Located in NJ 07838. Here is the brochure for it.

The 10-1 was the Dearborn 12" Moldboard (Prior Model) 2-Bottom Plow. Ferguson-Sherman, Dearborn, and Ford made many different cultivator models. Dearborn/Ford made a 10-105 & 10-106 Field Cultivator model but my book doesn't give details. I used to have a complete set of OEM Assembly & Operator Manuals -just sold the set back in NOV. You won't find parts for any now --- Dearborn & Ford Tractor Implements are long out of business. I have a Dearborn 13-2 Spring Shank Cultivator I restored complete with guide wheel, steering row marker, new repop ID tag & decal, and fender crop shields.

I have the 13-2, spring shank cultivator. Mine is set up as a field cultivator, not row crop. I also have the rigid shank row
crop cultivator with shields or fenders, depending on the part of the country you are in. I was aware of the double coil spring
cultivator and found one this week. They just don't seem to be as common. Anybody see one sell on an auction or see many for sale
online?

Don't get cornfused with the term "spring". The 10-95 is the Dearborn Model with the spring loads on the upper frame. The 13-1 is the RIGID SHANK model or Field Cultivator with solid shanks. The 13-2 like mine in picture is the Spring Shank Cultivator, meaning the shanks are designed to be flexible, thus 'spring shank'. I don't know what you mean about "...mine is set up as a field cultivator, not row crop..." -you can set up any cultivator to till between rows or set to break up ground with. If you are like I once was, collecting Dearborn Equipment, I'd scarf up the 10-95 with the upper spring loads just to have as you say don't see many around.

(quoted from post at 18:30:54 03/08/21) Ours is the same as Kirk's.
Got it at an auction for $150.00
GREAT for mixing in compost!!

That's basically the same as the one I found. Mine is a 9 shank cultivator, still has the narrow chisel teeth.
