0il in water

Johnny,How much oil,Is it engine oil or is it combustion byproducts.
Check it before startup and see if is motor oil ,or does it have a gasoline/exaust smell. If it smells like gasoline/exhaust it is combustion byproducts some is fairly common. You might try and re torque the head bolts and remove all you can floating on top of the antifreeze with a turkey baster. Then see how long it takes to come back.If it comes back fast you need to plan on replacing the head gasket in the future.

(quoted from post at 12:07:04 02/11/21) Good morning, Den N Ms: The engine has a flat head, no oil passages go through the head gasket.

Dennis M. in W. Tenn.

I'm sure Den is aware of it having a flat head, reread what he is saying about combustion by products in the water! They would get past a head gasket!!
