The original subject was "hand crank on 9n Ford".

The closest support brackets for the hand engine crank is from steiner tractor parts but is listed for a farmall.
Our 9 n that we had when I was growing up had these located on left rear fender and crank was positioned horizontal, not vertical as I have seen some of the pictures showing how mounted. The red tool box was also located on same fender just below where the crank was stored, rather than beside battery on left hand side. Chances are decent that 2 of these brackets will suffice as close to original as possible. The allis Chambers more closely resembles what our old 9n had but it is much more expensive, you may be able to use the photo to make your own brackets.
These can be found on ebay, steiners tractor parts etc. the photos should have the info to get you started.

The crank support should be one of these.
