When an arm breaks does it typically break down inside? Saw this one online that appears the Sherman was removed.

(quoted from post at 06:32:54 09/27/20) Sherman was removed and hole was not plugged.
ishful thinking. So far the cheap tractors with the auxiliary transmissions are many hundreds or thousands of miles from me.

hat tractor on Craigslist's was close in the Waco, Texas area.

Ill bet you the sherman is in there.
The handle came off.
If someone split the tractor to get the sherman,
They probably would not put it back together!

The hole was for a sherman combo. Some times a handle can come loose and can come off but unlikely. It could have be taken off. Typically they don't break inside and you should see
the square for the handle close to the end of the hole. If you don't see that it's likely, as Mike said, it was replaced with input shaft and not patched.
